WP3: Modelling of shock-accelerated gamma-ray events
This WP will:
- Provide the consortium with self-consistent simulations of particle acceleration in CME-driven shocks to test the hypothesis that long-duration gamma-ray flares observed by Fermi/LAT are of CME-driven shock origin.
